Established company with over 30 locations and a leader in its sector is looking to hire an experienced sales rep for its new and unique contract service-line that ranks as a top resident amenity and generates ancillary income for property owners and management companies.
Job responsibilities include sales activities, from lead generation through contract finalization. Aides in implementation of agreed upon marketing plan to meet the business goal of expanding the client base. Supports existing client base with excellent customer service skills. Works to achieve client satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision. Additionally, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients. Creating and implementing a sales presentation to attract potential clients and to focus sales efforts on our new service. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities, contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and developing an annual sales forecast to aid in the overall annual budgeting process. Candidates must have a strong ability to network in associations Travel is required for this position. This company offers a base salary, 45,000 plus very generous bonus structure for each contract.
