In 2014, did you improve the fitness centers for your residents? Did it go—as planned? Are you seeing more resident usage, as a result? Do you find you are able to close more new leases because of your upgrading this onsite amenity?
For 2015, do you plan to upgrade your fitness equipment? Are you sending out equipment RFPs?
From your point of view, which fitness equipment companies are you most impressed with? Are they responsive to your particular needs? Do they respond quickly to your E-mail/phone requests?
