This company is looking for a Regional Account Executive in the Northeast [Philly, Boston, CT, VT] and for the Southeast (FL, LA, MS, TN, SC). Successful candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of proven track record in sales (online advertising or other apartment industry products/services preferred, but not required), excellent presentation skills, a passion for sales, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates will be responsible for customer sales and retention and will be responsible to market subscriptions to apartments, property management companies, and brokers to advertise their properties on our university websites. The Regional Account Executive will develop deep knowledge of each university market and facilitate growth and long-term relationships with customers while participating in local/regional apartment associations, attending industry events and meetings, and developing contacts with apartment industry professionals.
